Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for all inventory levels to support production and assembly
  • Maintain accurate records of material transactions, stock movement and inventory within the ERP
  • Collaborate over material planning activities such as forecasting, demand planning, and replenishment strategies
  • Track delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time material availability
  • Identify and escalate potential supply chain disruptions or delays
  • Communicate monthly KPIs within the supply chain team
  • Participate in physical inventory counts

Requirements

  • Ideally 1 year working experience within Materials Management or Inventory Control. Internships or Trainee working experience will be considered
  • Direct working experience with an ERP/MRP systems is valuable, with strong competency in MS Excel
  • Additional experience across other supply chain verticals with knowledge of supply chains involvement in the order to cash process is valuable
  • Understanding of the bill of material concept highly valuable
  • A highly analytical and methodical mindset to approaching tasks
  • Full fluency in English
