Job Responsibility:

Ensure that the various deliverables related to the governance of the function are prepared on time, of high quality and relevant
Synthesize information on shortages, and work closely with supply and manufacturing logistics teams
Ensure adherence to project plans, and if necessary, orchestrate catch-up plans with all stakeholders
Interact with several multifunctional teams (Logistics-Supply, Methods, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Production, etc.)
Participate in improvement projects (Operational Excellence, Cost Optimization, IT Projects & ERP Modernization, etc.)
Develop positive relationships with various internal stakeholders
Analyze several types of situations with the available data and provide recommendations for action

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in the field of Logistics or Industrial Engineering, Operations and Logistics, Operations Management or a college diploma with equivalent work experience
3 years of experience in the field of logistics
Bilingual (French and English, the position requires fluency in spoken and written French)
Rigorous, autonomous and quality-oriented
Master the Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Experience with the SAP ERP system (important asset)
Experience with PowerBI (asset)
Can work under pressure and manage several priorities simultaneously
Sense of organization and planning

Nice to have:

Experience with the SAP ERP system
Experience with PowerBI
