Job Responsibility:
Place Purchase Orders, follow up with suppliers, and assure parts are received on time and as per schedule
Administer portfolio activities related to invoices and po pricing issues
Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction while optimizing quality, time cycle and costs
Monitor and confirm the delivery of parts to production in collaboration with internal partner functions
Maintain Operational and Financial Key Performance Indicators
Interact with various multi-disciplinary teams
Apply and follow contractual terms with supplier
Negotiate and implement change management requests and secure associated purchase order requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Administration or Operations management
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience
Experience with SAP and BAAN an asset
Strong sense of ethics and customer focused
Excellent analytical, planning, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Bilingual (French and English spoken and written)
Nice to have:
Experience with SAP and BAAN
