Job Responsibility:

Evaluate part repair/overhaul quotations from suppliers for approval, and challenge them when warranty terms, pricing, or work scope do not align with Bombardier’s expectations
Input and update information across various SAP transactions and reporting tools with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Support critical customer orders and ad-hoc in-service maintenance activities by expediting part reception from suppliers beyond contractual parameters (e.g., lead time)
Solve moderately complex problems within your area of expertise
Prepare and present issues, findings, and solutions to management
Drive daily continuous improvement initiatives, including performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective action plans to address KPIs of increasing complexity

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Operations or Business Management
Technical College diploma in a related field, combined with 2 to 7 years of relevant experience
2–10 years of experience in a similar role
thrive in a challenging and stimulating work environment
strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
maintain strong relationships with suppliers and drive performance improvements
competitive mindset and committed to continuous improvement
skilled at multitasking and prioritizing effectively
read and interpret contract language
proficient with tools such as SAP, Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce
fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
