Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the movement of parts needing to be repaired by our suppliers and ensure the constant flow of parts going through the repair process by creating purchase orders
  • Address snags for parts received into our warehouses
  • Fill out adjustment & scrap forms whenever a change will affect the inventory pool size
  • Fill out forms for parts changing configuration, manage supersessions to support the fleet requirements
  • Parts movement between warehouses/depots
  • Warranty investigation
  • Understand Freight and transportation requirements depending on the criticality of the part

Requirements:

  • minimum 2-5 years of experience in Logistics activities or similar position
  • proficiency with computer software (i.e. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access) phone, fax, E-mail and web-base applications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • good multi-tasking and prioritizing skills
  • previous experience in aerospace industry
  • bilingual (French and English)
  • previous PowerBI and SAP experience
