Material Logistics Agent, Aircraft-on-Ground

• Execute urgent spare parts procurement via phone, email, and online portals, ensuring rapid response and delivery tracking
• Prioritize and manage critical parts shortages to support immediate aircraft return to service during AOG events
• Maintain proactive and transparent communication with external and internal customers during AOG situations, providing timely updates and managing expectations
• Coordinate internal and external supply flows to meet service level agreements based on order priority
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or delays in material flows by proposing solutions and ensuring supplier accountability for meeting urgent commitments
• Analyze complex situations under pressure and make structured and effective decisions to minimize aircraft downtime

• 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role involving time-sensitive operations (AOG experience preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English and French (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• SAP experience is an asset
• Ability to work flexible hours, including 12-hour shifts (day/night and weekends) when required to support urgent AOG events
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
