Job Description:

Are you an experienced Material Handler in Delta, British Columbia? Do you pride yourself on your precision, attention to detail, and ability to balance technical equipment operation with essential inventory tasks? We are looking for dedicated MHE Operators to join a small, high-performing team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is perfect for a Forklift Operator who enjoys variety, as it combines skilled machinery operation with critical cycle counting and general labour duties.

Job Responsibility:

Operate Reach Truck and Order Picker forklifts with a high degree of safety and efficiency
Perform cycle counting and inventory audits daily to ensure 100% stock accuracy
Execute general labour tasks, which comprise approximately 80% of the daily workload
Lift and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
Utilize internal inventory systems to input data, track stock movements, and resolve discrepancies
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space to facilitate smooth manufacturing & logistics operations
Assist in training on the Dock Stocker equipment (training provided by the client)
Demonstrate high attention to detail when working with complex part numbers and numerical sequences

Requirements:

Valid, external Forklift License (must include Reach and Order Picker
in-house or expired licenses cannot be accepted)
12 to 18 months of consistent experience as an MHE Operator
Previous experience in inventory management, specifically cycle counting
Access to a reliable vehicle, as the Delta site is not on a bus route
Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
