Job Description:

We are currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Technicians, Material Handlers, and Warehouse Associates to support operations in North Reading, MA. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with manufacturing or warehouse experience who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform material handling and production tasks within a manufacturing environment
  • Utilize handheld scanners for inventory tracking and processing
  • Follow written work instructions, part drawings, and manufacturing documentation
  • Perform accurate data entry using computers and manufacturing software
  • Operate power tools and related equipment safely and efficiently
  • Label materials accurately and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Work effectively within a team setting

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for 7+ hours per shift
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to read and follow English-language instructions
  • Experience using handheld scanners
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime as required
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods
  • Basic computer skills and ability to perform data entry
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Comfortable working in a mechanical setting using power tools

Nice to have:

  • 1+ year of manufacturing experience
  • Experience with ERP, MES, or inventory management systems
  • Ability to interpret work instructions, part drawings, and traveler documentation
  • Familiarity with safe material handling practices (lifting, staging, carts, PPE)
  • Strong accuracy in labeling and inventory control
