Job Responsibility:

  • Warehouse Hi‑Lift Operator responsible for safely moving, storing, and retrieving materials at elevated heights in a warehouse
  • Pick and stage orders according to work orders, pick lists, or RF scanner instructions
  • Perform daily equipment inspections, reporting any mechanical issues or safety concerns
  • Maintain accurate inventory by scanning, labeling, and documenting material movement
  • Follow warehouse safety protocols, including PPE use, speed limits, and load‑handling rules
  • Assist with general warehouse tasks, such as palletizing, shrink‑wrapping, and organizing storage areas
  • Keep aisles and work areas clean to prevent hazards and maintain workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid forklift or PIT certification (or ability to obtain)
  • 1–2 years of warehouse or material‑handling experience preferred
  • Experience operating high‑reach forklifts or similar elevated‑platform equipment
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. and work at heights
  • Basic computer or RF scanner skills for inventory tracking
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order handling.
