Job Responsibility

  • Experienced in warehouse operations with a focus on safety and efficiency
  • Ensure all warehouse activities are carried out in compliance with safety standards
  • Receive and process inbound shipments accurately and promptly
  • Perform picking, packing, and shipping of orders, including transport booking
  • Handle return shipments from service vans and process accordingly
  • Manage surplus stock returns and inventory updates
  • Conduct tool inspections and clean returned items to ensure readiness for reuse

Requirements

  • Experienced in warehousing operations
  • Fluent in English
  • intermediate to professional proficiency in Japanese
  • Knowledgeable about a wide range of tools and equipment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Electrician background is a strong advantage
  • SAP experience, particularly in warehouse-related transactions (preferred)
  • Holds a valid forklift certification (preferred)
  • Certificate in nondestructive testing/evaluation, examination/inspection for the lifting tool, or lifting equipment inspection experience (preferred)
