Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and rigorous Material Handler to join a fast-growing company in the manufacturing & logistics sector in Oakville. This Material Handler position is an exceptional opportunity for a professional looking to evolve within a dynamic manufacturing & logistics team. As a Material Handler, you will play a pivotal role in material logistics coordination, ensuring that instruments and components are managed with surgical precision to support our healthcare-related operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage storage bins by receiving, organizing, and ensuring the proper storage of materials
  • Enter material locations by batch into the SAP system for precise inventory tracking
  • Pick, pack, and ship marketing demo equipment according to established protocols
  • Maintain the non-inventory tracking list to reflect movement and location of demo equipment by Serial Number
  • Perform stock adjustments in SAP based on daily shipments and receipts
  • Remove products on Product Hold from general stock in SAP and physically sequester them into a locked Quarantine Cabinet
  • Process goods receipts for all incoming Purchase Orders (POs) and assign storage bins as required
  • Process virtual goods receipts, such as software licenses, accurately within the system
  • Manage customer Returned Goods Authorizations (RGAs) and manage vendor returns for excess or damaged stock
  • Participate in maintaining the general cleanliness and organization of the manufacturing & logistics warehouse

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Material Handler, logistics coordinator, or in a similar warehouse role
  • Hands-on experience with an ERP system (SAP preferred)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent completed
  • Physical ability to lift loads and work on your feet throughout the shift
  • Availability to work on-site in Oakville on a daily basis
  • Commitment to safety standards within a manufacturing & logistics environment
