Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Material Handler II to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate picking and packing of customer orders to ensure they are shipped correctly and on time. You will work within a fast-paced environment that follows strict safety and quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders efficiently to meet daily deadlines
  • Compliance: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Inventory & Tech: Use in-house PC software to track shipments and maintain accurate records
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse machinery, including Counterbalance and Reach trucks
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in 5S and process improvement initiatives (PPI)
  • Quality Control: Perform in-process checks to ensure all shipments meet quality requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or supply chain environment
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate digital records
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg and work in cold storage environments (ranging from 4°C to -20°C)
  • Strong written and verbal English skills

  • Works with Inventory Control & Lead(s) during investigations of quality issues, inventory issues, shipping complaints and process improvements
  • Works as part of the Distribution team to ensure all requested material transfers are completed accurately in a timely manner
  • Transfers, transports and stages materials in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintains warehouse documentation and other related records
