Requirements

High School degree or equivalent
Six months related experience and/or training in a warehouse environment is preferred
Proven ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to solve general math problems encountered in day-to-day operations
Consistently displays attention to detail
Proficient in oral and written communications, both internally and externally
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to adapt and be flexible in a variety of situations
Beginner ability with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Software and E-mail

Job Responsibility

Order fulfillment including picking, packing and land shipping
Assigns orders to boxes ready to ship using barcode scanner
Picks proper item numbers and quantities per pick list
Use of barcode scanner to pack orders
Packing product in properly sized boxes
Prepares and packs products for shipment that require ice products in proper containers
Load and unload trucks using forklifts and hand jacks
Prepare boxes for shipment utilizing FedEx Ship Manager and UPS World Ship
Manually stock inventory and use Great Plains inventory program systems manager
Complete Great Plains inventory inquiries and bin transfers
