Material Handler I / Picker Packer / Warehouse Operative

• Picking and packing UK and export customer orders accurately
• Presenting raw and packaging materials for production departments
• Using SAP to check stock levels and log completion of orders
• Conducting daily Safe 4 Work and Safe 2 Start checks on work area and equipment
• Participating in Tier 1 shift reviews
• Communicating openly with team members
• Flagging issues or process errors immediately to Senior Operator
• Engaging with personalized training plan to become fully flexible across warehouse roles

• 4 Standard Grades (or equivalent), ideally including Mathematics
• Computer literate with ability to learn new software (SAP training provided)
• Exceptional ability to follow standard operating procedures accurately and identify errors or issues quickly
• Highly reliable and dependable
• Self-starting
• Focused on personal development
• Able to communicate effectively within a team

Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck License

• Structured entry-level training
