Job Responsibility:
Clean and set-up equipment
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly required cleanings
Perform line clearances, TIQ inspections, and parameters verifications when applicable
Initiate and review all production documentation for completion and correctness when applicable
Must verify correctness of materials and supplies
Must pull parts and stage batches per B.O.M. when applicable
Inspect, assemble, and/or package devices
Maintain good housekeeping and 6S responsibilities as assigned
Participate in and complete all required training
Must perform all other duties and responsibilities as determined by supervision/management.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalency required
Must have the capability to comprehend and interpret control documents and specifications
Must be able to work without direct supervision
Must be able to work overtime as required
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds repetitively
Ability to bend/stoop
Audiometric testing and hearing protection required
Meet visual acuity requirements as documented in the Baxter Cleveland Visual Acuity procedure CL-01-01-037.
