Job Responsibility

Perform warehouse function in receiving, QC inspection, issuing, picking and shipping of parts with accuracy, on-time and in accordance with instructions in MOE and company’s policy
Perform warehouse function work with proper planning & prioritise work and process timely, effectively and accurately. AOG orders should be receipted within 3 hours, parts for workorders should be receipted within 8 hours and stock orders should be receipted within 72 hours
Ensure the accuracy of supplier invoices, freight charges and warehouse materials. And assist purchaser/ finance department in invoice process
Perform annual Stock take to ensure the stock is well manage and process is complied
Provide ongoing support, assistance to department and assist other plant’s material handler within the Bombardier network
Contribute to continuous improvement to the Singapore Service Centre Operations

Job Responsibility

Safely and proficiently operate various equipment including Excavator, Wheel Loader, Skid Steer, Forklift, and Material Handler to move, load, and process scrap metal and other recyclable materials
Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections on all heavy equipment
promptly document and report deficiencies to the Supervisor or designate
Inspect and clear equipment of debris, mud, and scrap materials that may accumulate in tracks, wheels, or attachments
Ensure yard organization, housekeeping, and cleanliness of both worksite and equipment are maintained at all times
Ensure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is worn and maintained as required
Comply with all Acden Environment and client company safety procedures and policies
Meet operational and service standards as directed by the Supervisor or designate
