Maintain safe and positive work environment in compliance with OSHA, company standards, and local, state and federal requirements
Perform tasks necessary to meet warehouse goal
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork
Manage day to day inventory level
Maintain Forklift certification
Periodic inventories
Trace history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies
Timely execution of daily receiving and shipping load board
Stack and arrange product on pallets
Complete forklift and pallet jack inspections before each shift
Replenish stock while maintaining a cleaned and organized warehouse/location daily
Move product in warehouse/location as necessary
Rotate product and arrange according to Julian dates or FIFO
Receive and check against receiving documents incoming product
Operate electric forklifts and pallet jacks
Work in and out of freezers
General support of production
Support and provide materials to production
Perform all other work as assigned
Requirements
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand basic English
Must possess basic computer skills and attention to detailed numbering records
Prefer High School diploma or GED
3-4 years of Warehouse, manufacturing or production experience
Achieve and maintain forklift certification
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
Ability to work in production/warehouse environment with consistent exposure to loud machinery
Ability to work in extreme temperature, both indoors and outdoors
