Job Description

The Inventory Control Coordinator supports Manufacturing, Logistics, and Planning by managing stock transport orders, raw materials, and in-process inventory. They ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and process improvements.

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain inventory records and investigate discrepancies
  • Conduct cycle counts and resolve material variances
  • Provide materials for manufacturing as directed
  • Implement and improve department policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with EH&S policies and report hazards
  • Support warehouse improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • 2+ years in inventory management, shipping, or manufacturing
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with logistics, manufacturing, and production planning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • ERP experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented, self-directed, and strong interpersonal skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Experience with computer systems
  • SAP knowledge preferred

Nice to have

  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools preferred
  • ERP experience preferred
  • SAP knowledge preferred
