Job Responsibility

Scan the receiving and shipping devices and transfer them to other stations
Fulfill the sales orders by collaborating with the material handler
Update the status of receiving and shipping devices in the system as well as in spreadsheets
Assemble installation packets for use in the distribution and/or shipping of new sites from the Ziosk warehouse
Assist in keeping the warehouse space organized and clean
Move materials around as necessary to optimize the available space
Run the inventory on a weekly basis and prepare the inventory report
Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
Closely monitor the inventory level on all critical component levels and assist the manager in keeping the balance of the inventory level between the different components
Coordinating with the purchasing, production, shipping, RMA, order processing, QC, and technical support departments to keep the process flowing and further streamline the current process
