Job Description:

Within ASML the Customer Support (CS) group is responsible for the maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations. This CS EUV IE team works to support our customers here in Ireland. This Material Handler role will be part of the local engineering team for synergy. Your role is to support the installation and upgrade of leading-edge lithographic systems, at the customer site, within specification, on time, with quality exceeding the customer’s expectations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Physically move materials within the clean room and support movement from Laydown Area to the System Working Area
  • Maintain thorough material administration of move in/out parts
  • Ensure required tools and materials are available at the right time based on the daily plan
  • Manage the storage of materials, keeping the work area clean and organized
  • Report defects, missing or wrong parts and tools, take corrective and preventive action
  • Work with the EF/CS install project team to ensure tooling preventive maintenance and calibrations are up to date
  • Administratively process transactions such as maintaining the build-in/build-out list in SAP
  • Identify, initiate and drive improvements to reduce Install Costs & Cycle Time and/or improve Safety & Quality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in semiconductor field or logistics technician is preferred but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of logistic process, service order process is mandatory
  • Knowledge of SAP and Planon is a plus
  • Handle Microsoft office tools skillfully (especially for excel)
  • Able to work in a very dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Open for cultural differences and able to work with site of different culture and way of working
  • Motivated, pro-active, self-driven and flexible
  • Good verbal and written in English
  • Highly proficient in SAP, MS Excel, Office and various database software programs
  • Legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations

  • Bachelor degree
  • Experience in semiconductor field or logistics technician
  • Knowledge of SAP and Planon
