Job Description:

A well-established manufacturing operation in the Davenport area is bringing on a Material Coordinator / Inventory Analyst to support their inventory accuracy efforts. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role where you’ll dig into data, identify discrepancies, and help improve processes that directly impact production. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with data, and collaborating across teams, this is a great opportunity to build experience in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support inventory accuracy and cycle count processes
  • Perform root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies
  • Investigate and resolve production inventory issues
  • Pull and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends
  • Partner with operations, supply chain, and other teams to resolve issues
  • Help drive process improvements to reduce errors and inefficiencies

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work across teams and communicate effectively

Nice to have:

  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, data analysis, basic charting)
  • Experience working with large data sets or spreadsheets
  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

  • Facilitate the removal of any damaged materials and/or vendor warranty material to return them to the appropriate department or supplier for reimbursement or replacement
  • Maintain records of all transactions as per company policies ensuring all parts/pricing used in the servicing of customers coaches are accurate
