We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to support daily warehouse and inventory operations. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for candidates with warehousing, inventory, or operations experience who are looking to grow within a fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely material movement, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting shipping and receiving activities, and assisting with general warehouse operations and housekeeping duties.
Job Responsibility
Ensure accurate and timely movement, storage, and tracking of materials and inventory
Perform receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping activities
Utilize ERP systems such as SAP and handheld scanners for inventory and material tracking
Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts and stock verification
Operate warehouse equipment and support lift truck operations as required
Perform routine warehouse clean-up, housekeeping, and safety procedures
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors through email, phone, Teams, and other communication tools
Support problem-solving activities related to inventory discrepancies and warehouse operations
Work collaboratively with warehouse and operations teams to meet daily production and shipping goals
Follow company safety standards, warehouse procedures, and operational guidelines
Perform additional warehouse duties and operational support tasks as assigned
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of warehousing or operations experience preferred
Experience working in warehouse or inventory management environments
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or similar inventory systems
Experience using handheld scanners and warehouse tracking systems preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced onsite warehouse environment
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Ability to maintain professionalism and emotional control under pressure
Nice to have
Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Lift Truck Certification preferred
Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes
Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and material handling procedures
