Job Responsibility

Control inventory accuracy of physical goods and corrects discrepancies
Identify the appropriate level needed to meet demand and inventory turns
Maintain and control item master parameters
Minimize inactive and surplus parts while covering for long term support
Control inventory variations and cycle count activities
Produce various data analysis related to inventories
Analyse and extracts data from system, manipulates them to build complexes reports

Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, and audit requirements related to inventory management
Analyze inventory accuracy trends and provide recommendations for corrective actions
Prepare inventory variance reports and communicate findings
Support annual external audits as required
Maintain accurate inventory data within the ERP/MRP system including maintaining location integrity
Find opportunities for process improvement within material handling, storage, and transaction accuracy
Support the development and enforcement of standard work, counting procedures, and inventory controls
