Job Responsibility

  • Monitor and manage inbound and outbound shipments (priority and emergency)
  • Follow up on service orders, delivery notes, and shipment status
  • Handle ticket disturbance and operational escalations
  • Resolve stock, order, and shipment issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams, warehouses, forwarders, and customers
  • Perform proactive stock checks and inventory monitoring
  • Support reporting (EMO, fill rate, performance tracking)
  • Participate in operational meetings and stakeholder alignment (lead)
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Working in SAP

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or Business Administration or relevant experience in similar roles. 3–7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations. Experience in a high-paced, customer-facing environment is preferred
  • SAP ERP knowledge / experience is a big preference
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented With SAP knowledge is preference
