Job Description:

Supports all the Material support activities under the FISS Contract for C295 at the local facilities of PAF, helping the MSSR in his/her duties.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supports all the Material support activities under the FISS Contract for C295 at the local facilities of PAF
  • Stock Management Assessment
  • Spares Order Management
  • Repair Management
  • Transport Management
  • Provide visibility of Spares and repairs Forecast Delivery dates
  • Support on the planning of materials needed for scheduled maintenance activities or deployments
  • Liaise with the end-user and Airbus central operations and local broker
  • Reception and inbound of materials received in the warehouse
  • Perform physical checks and update SAP transactions
  • Ensures that all aeronautical products, materials, and consumables are properly identified and have all necessary documents traceable and readily available upon request
  • Ensures proper and accurate inventory, recording, and regular monitoring of aeronautical products, materials, and consumables and its shelf limits as appropriate
  • Signing for shipments upon receipt and verifying that the correct materials has been received
  • Ensures good general storekeeping/ housekeeping
  • Collecting items from throughout the warehouse, preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup based on Customers’ requests
  • Performs standard incoming inspection of all aeronautical products, materials, and consumables being received by ADS
  • Prepares and files complaints on any damages found during the standard incoming inspection of delivered goods
  • Ensures unserviceable and unapproved or bogus aeronautical products, materials, and consumables are properly identified and quarantined from the serviceable items
  • Ensures proper identification and tagging of all aeronautical products, materials, and consumables
  • Performs inspection, standard packaging, export control classification and documentation of aeronautical products, materials, and consumables prior shipment / delivery
  • Responsible for updating and monitoring of aeronautical products in stock including material affected by Airworthiness Directives issued by authorities
  • Performing warehouse inventory controls on a recurring basis
  • Execute improvement plan actions (modify layout, rearrange materials, post new signs, etc.)
  • Prepare all the necessary documentation/Export Control and arrangement for all export shipments
  • proper packaging of item, booking to courier and coordination to stakeholders
  • Provide assistance to MSSR but not limited to processing importation requirements
  • Tracking the progress of shipments, provide necessary/required documents, managing daily routes/schedules of shipments and estimated deliveries
  • Other task and responsibilities in the absence of MSSR
  • Upkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct to be the exemplary to others and to promote and increase the awareness of Airbus Values, Leadership Models and Cod Of Conduct

Requirements:

  • Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Maintenance or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years related experience as Logistics Operations of materiel services knowledge
  • Knowledge MS Office (SAP is a plus)
  • With valid and current license issued by CAAP
  • Meticulous and keen to details
  • Proactivity and Effective decision making
  • Performs job with highest integrity
  • Good communication skills (written and oral)
  • Advanced level of English is required

Nice to have:

Basic level of Spanish would be a plus
