Seeking an experienced and highly organized Material and Logistics Supervisor to oversee the efficient management of materials and logistics activities on a 8/6 roster from Perth. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of Mineral Resources while advancing your career within the business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee and mentor a dedicated material and logistics team
  • Manage inventory control systems and optimize stock levels
  • Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Drive cost-efficiency initiatives and process improvements
  • Prepare reports and provide strategic insights

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in materials/logistics supervision, preferably in the mining or heavy industrial sector
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing, inventory control, and logistics processes
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Pronto, Coupa) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Commitment to safety excellence and operational integrity

Qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
