Job Responsibility:
Welcoming and seating guests in a friendly, professional manner
Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Providing guests with detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
Serving food and beverages promptly, ensuring high presentation standards at all times
Setting up and clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness across the dining area
Handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints with professionalism and courtesy
Working closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth, timely service
Following all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
Processing payments accurately and responsibly
Requirements:
Prior experience in waiting would be preferred
Great willingness to learn, adopt new skills and have a genuine interest in working within the hospitality industry
A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
A genuine interest in hospitality and delivering excellent customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
