Job Description:

At Elior Stadia, we serve up epic matchday meals, gourmet hospitality, and fast, fresh stadium snacks. This role at Murrayfield Stadium, our largest Flagship site within our Stadia division. TME Elior is the contract caterer for fans and guests for matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets and are experts in adapting to our client's needs. At the heart of the matchday experience, we strive to provide exceptional hospitality and creating lasting memories.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing a large, fast-paced, high-energy suite or bar
  • Ensuring guests have an exceptional experience
  • Ensuring staff work efficiently, safely and professionally
  • Managing service in a large suites with a large team of FOH staff
  • Interacting with guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner
  • Efficiently manage delivery of various stages of the event in a timely fashion
  • Checking the set-up and managing the cleardown of your suite
  • Ensuring all COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety are implemented by yourself and your team

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic, professional and approachable personality

  • Previous experience of large-scale corporate hospitality is essential
