Job Description:

As Casual Matchday Kitchen Porter you will be responsible for cleaning in the kitchen. You will be washing dishes and keeping the kitchen clean and hygienic under the chef’s direction. You may also be required to help the chefs with preparing and occasionally plating during a service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Washing dishes and keeping the kitchen clean and hygienic under the chef’s direction
  • Using large scale commercial dishes and hand washing pots and pan
  • Storing crockery, cutlery and equipment after washing
  • Cleaning the kitchen before, during and after service, inc bins
  • Sweeping, mopping and using a floor cleaning machine
  • Follow instructions and directions from the chef’s
  • Ensure COSHH and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to
  • May also be required to help the chefs with preparing and occasionally plating during a service
