Job Responsibility

Lead our flagship sports bar on and off matchdays
Take full ownership of our high-volume sports bar operation
Run day-to-day bar operations across Bradley's Sports Bar
Oversee liquor management including stock takes, controls and ordering for Bradley's Bar, the liquor store and outlets across the stadium and concession boxes
Coordinate bar stocks for concourse kiosks, private boxes and hospitality areas
Lead, coach and rota-plan your team
Ensure licensing, age verification, health & safety and cash handling procedures are followed
Be a visible host engaging with regulars, resolving issues quickly
Create a welcoming, inclusive environment
