Job Description:

Clarendon Homes — part of Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development groups — is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Masters & Detailer Draftsperson to join our high-performing Design team in Loganholme, QLD. In this role, you will be responsible for producing accurate and build-ready master drawings, detailing documentation, and construction plans that support the delivery of compliant, cost-effective, and buildable homes across the Clarendon Homes QLD portfolio. You’ll collaborate closely with Design, Construction, Estimating, and other internal stakeholders to ensure all plans meet design intent, compliance, and operational requirements.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare high-quality master plans, construction drawings, and detailed documentation in line with design briefs, NCC requirements, developer guidelines, and regional regulations
Ensure all drawings meet compliance, buildability, and production requirements before release
Review and update master series documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement
Liaise with internal teams — including Sales, Estimating, Design, Operations, and Construction — to coordinate information and resolve design queries
Identify potential design, detailing, or compliance issues early and propose practical solutions
Maintain accurate electronic records, model updates, and version control across the master plan library
Contribute to drafting standards, templates, and process improvements to enhance drafting efficiency and quality

Requirements:

3+ years’ experience in residential drafting within the volume home building industry
Strong understanding of the NCC, QDC, estate covenants, and regional planning requirements
Proven experience preparing master plans, construction documentation, or detailed drafting for residential projects
Proficiency in Revit experience (highly regarded)
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering precise, buildable, and compliant documentation
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
