Job Description:

As Master Trainer, you are the standard-setter, educator and face of PILAT3S across The Netherlands. This is a hands-on, high-impact role: you will actively teach classes, deliver training, support new studio openings, coach instructors and help uphold product consistency across all locations. You are responsible for elevating the quality of the PILAT3S product throughout Urban Gym Group, ensuring every studio, every class and every instructor delivers a premium, aligned and energising experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Teach a minimum of three PILAT3S classes per week
  • Deliver all PILAT3S formats: Align, Tone and Power
  • Lead by example with strong cueing, hands-on corrections and clear teaching points
  • Create safe, motivating and high-energy classes
  • Build genuine connections with clients before, during and after class
  • Support the recruitment team by sourcing, identifying and auditioning potential instructors
  • Deliver instructor onboarding and Pilat3s Academies
  • Host workshops and upskilling sessions to support ongoing instructor development
  • Coach instructors to confidently deliver PILAT3S at the highest standard
  • Support new studio openings and set-ups, ensuring all brand and experience touchpoints are met
  • Conduct monthly instructor audits and additional studio visits when required
  • Track consistency, quality and performance standards across regions
  • Promote progression, precision and personalisation across the entire product
  • Act as a brand ambassador for both PILAT3S and Urban Gym Group
  • Build your profile as a Master Trainer within the PILAT3S community
  • Participate in PR, visual content and brand campaigns when needed
  • Attend regular meetings with the Head of Studio and Lead Trainers
  • Uphold a professional appearance, communication style and brand-aligned presence

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Pilates-based movement and Reformer Pilates principles
  • Actively teaching Reformer Pilates and confident leading by example
  • Experience in instructor training, mentoring or education is highly desirable
  • Confident, engaging communicator with a natural leadership style
  • Highly organised and punctual, with excellent time management
  • Open to receiving and delivering constructive feedback
  • Comfortable working with diverse communities and demographics
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability and willingness to travel across the Netherlands
