Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Artificial Intelligence Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. You will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that cater to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Your role will involve creating engaging and interactive learning materials, conducting hands-on workshops, and providing sessions to help learners achieve their goals. You will also stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate them into your training sessions. As an AI Trainer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI talent by equipping individuals with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in this rapidly evolving field. You will work closely with other trainers, industry experts, and stakeholders to ensure that our training programs are relevant, effective, and aligned with industry standards. Your ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner will be key to your success in this role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand training needs and objectives
  • Provide regular updates and reports on training progress and outcomes to relevant parties
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training content on AI, ML, Deep Learning, Gen AI, Computer Vision, Azure, Data Science, and Cloud technologies
  • Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and formats, including lectures, simulations, and hands-on labs
  • Customize training materials to meet the specific needs and skill levels of the audience
  • Design, update, and enhance training curriculum and materials to ensure they are current with industry trends and best practices
  • Develop and administer assessments to gauge the effectiveness of training and the proficiency of participants
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to participants to help them improve their skills and knowledge
  • Offer guidance and support to participants throughout their learning journey
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages continuous improvement and collaboration
  • Stay current with advancements in AI, ML, Deep Learning, Gen AI, Computer Vision, Azure, Data Science, and Cloud technologies
  • Conduct research and self-study to continuously improve personal expertise and instructional methods

Requirements:

  • Bachelor /Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical trainer in AI, ML, Deep Learning, Gen AI, Computer Vision, Azure, Data Science, and Cloud technologies
  • Well versed with the Linux Environment
  • Comfortable with MS Office
  • Proficient in AI, ML, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Data Science tools
  • Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, and relevant AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, matplotlib, pandas, scikit learn)
  • Proficient in the back-end technologies like MySQL
  • Knowledge of Azure
  • Proficient in PowerBi

Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus
