Job Description:

As a Master Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering a positive and trusted experience for our customers and colleagues alike. You’ll be the technical expert within the workshop, carrying out advanced diagnostics, servicing, and repair work, while supporting others to work efficiently and confidently.

Job Responsibility:

  • Diagnosing complex vehicle faults and completing high-quality repairs
  • Using your technical knowledge to support efficient workshop processes
  • Working collaboratively with Service Advisors, customers, and management
  • Supporting and mentoring Apprentice Technicians, sharing knowledge at a pace that works for everyone
  • Taking pride in quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes

Requirements:

  • Recognised Automotive qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
  • Own set of tools
  • Full UK driving licence
