Master Technician

Join our team at Vertu Volkswagen Hereford and become a valued Master Technician! We are offering a Competitive basic salary up to £42,900 depending on skills and experience. This is based on a 40 hour working week and Saturdays paid as overtime and an additional over-performance bonus opportunity. We are also offering a sign on bonus with this role, £2,500 in month 1 and £2,500 in month 13 of employment! Your role as a Master Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. We are expanding our team and currently seeking skilled individuals who take pride in their work. As a Master Technician you will be the expert in carrying out diagnosis and undertaking servicing and repair work on customer vehicles. You will effectively use your technical knowledge and skills to ensure you and your colleagues are working efficiently. You will be expected to liaise with service advisors, customers and senior management ensuring excellent customer service and a professional approach at all times. We will also require you to assist in the mentoring and development of apprentice technicians. Quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes are core values that guide everything we do.
