Job Description

The California Hospital Medial Center Early Care and Education programs provide early care and education services for infants toddlers and pre-school children. Staff within these programs are charged with nurturing and stimulating the social emotional language cognitive and physical development of each child. Center-based Early Care and Education programs are open year round from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m Monday though Friday.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience working with children birth to five years
  • BA in Child Development or a minimum of 24 Child Development units required
  • Current CPR and First Aid training required

Nice to have

  • Bilingual English/Spanish language skills preferred
  • California Department of Education Teacher Permit preferred
