Job Responsibility

Promote awareness of nationally recognized quality standards for early childhood education (NAEYC)
Conduct pre- and post-assessments using tools like the Peabody language assessments and share results with parents
Collect and analyze data on classroom environments and teacher-child interactions to support ongoing improvements
Coordinate events to encourage parent involvement in their child's education
Collaborate with local organizations to enhance early learning quality, reporting findings and progress as required
Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to leadership and partner organizations
