Airbus Operations is looking for a Master student for the topic "Conceptual Design Studies of a Hydrogen Powered Aircraft". You are looking for a master thesis and want to get to know the work of a Future Projects Engineer. We look forward to you supporting us in the Future Projects Office as a Masterand (d/f/m)!

Job Responsibility

  • Conceptual design studies for novel, hydrogen powered civil aircraft
  • Design space investigation for the aircraft concepts - optimisation for minimal energy use
  • Application of CAD tools for the concept aircraft design
  • Documentation of results
  • Contribution to associated research projects

Requirements

  • Enrolled full-time student in the area of aircraft design or an equivalent field of study
  • First practical experience in the field of modeling hydrogen powered aircraft is desirable
  • Fluent in English
  • Design space exploration
  • Computer Aided Design (CAD)
