Job Responsibility:
Communicate the latest revision of the Master Program of the assigned business unit
Carry out the production planning process based on the business needs.
Participate collaboratively with the purchasing team, as well as the internal supplier base.
Manage and keep track of the progress of your business unit
Update the Master Programs and perform the analysis of the impact on the company's critical resources supervised by a more experienced agent.
Calculate the operational personnel requirement to comply with the Master Program.
Collaborate with operational and support teams to generate recovery plans.
Ensure correct operational administration through the SAP system, guaranteeing alignment and visibility for a minimum of 18 months
Collaborate with the finance team to carry out annual budget and forecast exercises with the support of the supervisor as required.
Monitor the shipments of the business units on a daily basis and consolidate on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Conduct weekly and/or monthly sessions with operational and support teams at the supervisory and management level (IMP Reviews).
Apply continuous improvement and lean tools.
Requirements:
You have a bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial, Aeronautical) or administration or logistics.
You have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience working in an international environment, collaborating with people in remote locations.
You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
You have strong interpersonal skills and are a good team player.
You have knowledge of English, both verbal and written.
You are familiar with the tools of the Office 365 environment, particularly MS-Excel and PowerPoint, including all collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Teams
SAP is an asset.
You have a strong sense of autonomy, have a client-oriented approach and are able to meet deadlines.
