Implement best practice in scheduling methodology to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Conduct regular schedule reviews and updates, communicating changes to stakeholders effectively.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving project workflows and timelines.
Requirements:
Knowledge of program management processes and procedures, particularly the ability to run and administer third party application systems designed to support the PMO.
Proven abilities and experience in the development of detailed, complex program schedules, delivery of training and processes to support the use of established schedules.
Practical experience working with technical teams delivering digital systems, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
Relevant qualifications and experience such as PRINCE2, Managing Successful Programmes (MSP).
5+ years of experience in scheduling or project management within a complex organisational environment.
Proficiency in the use of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar), strong command of MS Excel for data analysis and ability to use data visualisation tools for presenting scheduling insights.
