Master Program Planner Senior - Program Scheduler

• Review the program contract, statement of work and flow-down requirements and develop a plan to meet the requirements. Communicate plan to program team
• Develop and manage program schedules using IMS, ensuring alignment with program objectives, customer requirements, and internal standards
• Lead the development and implementation of the program baseline to meet the internal and external requirements
• Provide the program with primary and secondary critical path analysis, variance to baseline analysis, and look-ahead reporting
• Develop and issue all customer and management schedule reporting. Present schedule data as required
• Collaborate with the Control Account Managers (CAM) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads to determine resource needs to support the work
• Work with CAMs to ensure schedule updates are entered into the IMS as provided
• Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in schedules
• Maintain the schedule baseline per formal change control process as necessary
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in schedules, and develop recovery schedules as necessary
• Develop what-if schedule inputs and analysis to support program planning and decision-making
• Support new business proposals with development of proposal schedules
• Work with PM, CAM, Responsible Engineers, and Manufacturing Engineers to ensure scheduled work for Programs is being communicated effectively
• Periodically audit program schedules to assure they are developed using company standards and industry best practices
• Work with the material planning group to understand program material and subcontractor requirements that are integrated into the Program schedule
• Provide support to the program scheduler during program planning and assure a successful Integrated Baseline Review
• Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Perform other duties as necessary

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4 or more years related experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a team setting, coordinating group initiatives in order to bring a project to completion
• Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
• A security clearance or access with Polygraph is not required to be eligible for this position. However, the applicant must be willing and eligible for submission, depending on program requirements, after an offer is accepted and must be able to maintain the applicable clearance/access
