Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Site and Master Planner to lead strategic planning and design integration across large-scale and complex projects. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban design, or Planning, with demonstrated capability to translate client goals, regulations, and site realities into coherent master plans, strategic frameworks, and implementation roadmaps. This role combines leadership, design thinking, research, and collaboration with clients, design teams, engineers, and stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the development of master plans for mixed-use, multi-phase developments, and urban transformations
  • Translate client objectives, planning policy, and site data into clear frameworks and phased delivery plans
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage collaboration between architects, engineers, and consultants
  • Prepare and present planning studies, analyses, and design guidelines to clients and review boards
  • Oversee master plan documentation, including zoning/layout plans, mobility networks, and implementation roadmaps
  • Ensure compliance with planning policies, permitting processes, and environmental regulations
  • Integrate land-use, multi-mobility, public realm, sustainability, and infrastructure strategies
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to firm-wide knowledge sharing
  • Develop and manage project briefs, program matrices, performance criteria, and design standards to guide schematic design and technical documentation

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban design, or planning (master planning preferred)
  • Degree in Architecture, Urban Design, Planning, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Strong understanding of urban design principles, zoning, and permitting processes
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Rhino/Grasshopper, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, GIS
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Collaborative mindset with experience leading multidisciplinary teams
