Master Planner Senior

Working as a Master Program Planner at BAE Space and Mission Systems (SMS) is an exciting opportunity to become part of a high-tech team of people developing innovative products for the Aerospace and Defense industry. You will be responsible for developing a multi-year plan that the team must follow to produce the customer deliverable. You will coordinate the schedule across all the work centers and incorporate the work into the Program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). You will maintain the schedule on a weekly basis. This position will work from our beautiful Colorado location. A Master Program Planner Senior is supporting programs with a sound understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices and standards. Will work to develop solutions on a variety of complex problems. Work is performed under general direction, while independently determining and developing an approach to solutions. Possess an increased level of responsibility and execution, working independently in supporting programs of more complexity and size. As experience increases, skills, and knowledge are evolving to permit continued support to larger programs and providing key management analytical information to PMs. Beginning to exert influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization. Represents the organization as a prime contact on programs support.
