• Setup and Changeovers: Efficiently set up and perform changeovers of vision systems as required, ensuring smooth transitions between different operational configurations
• Maintenance and Calibration: Conduct routine maintenance, calibration, and performance checks on vision systems to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Identify and resolve issues with vision systems, employing diagnostic tools and methodologies to troubleshoot problems effectively
• System Optimization: Optimize vision systems to enhance performance, accuracy, and efficiency, collaborating with engineering and production teams as needed
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, maintenance schedules, changeover procedures, and troubleshooting steps
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and team members on the operation, changeover, and maintenance of vision systems
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of technological advancements and industry trends in vision systems to recommend and implement improvements

• Technical or trade degree or relevant certification in relevant field and three to five years of relevant experience OR combination of education and experience
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Ability to think logical and break down a complex issue and gather all pertinent information timely
• Knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs, ability to learn in-house systems and operate troubleshooting/calibration devices
