Job Responsibility:
Setup and Changeovers: Efficiently set up and perform changeovers of vision systems as required, ensuring smooth transitions between different operational configurations
Maintenance and Calibration: Conduct routine maintenance, calibration, and performance checks on vision systems to ensure accuracy and reliability
Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Identify and resolve issues with vision systems, employing diagnostic tools and methodologies to troubleshoot problems effectively
System Optimization: Optimize vision systems to enhance performance, accuracy, and efficiency, collaborating with engineering and production teams as needed
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, maintenance schedules, changeover procedures, and troubleshooting steps
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and team members on the operation, changeover, and maintenance of vision systems
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of technological advancements and industry trends in vision systems to recommend and implement improvements
Requirements:
Technical or trade degree or relevant certification in relevant field and three to five years of relevant experience OR combination of education and experience
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Ability to think logical and break down a complex issue and gather all pertinent information timely
Knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs, ability to learn in-house systems and operate troubleshooting/calibration devices
