Job Responsibility:

  • Day to day running of Marine Warranty and Rig Moving projects, ensuring schedules and budgets are met
  • Prepare tenders and proposals for offshore MWS, Rig Moving and Marine Consultancy
  • Plan execution of projects including scope, deliverables, and schedule manpower resources
  • Oversee progress and deliverables for projects
  • Support the Management Team in growing the Offshore Projects
  • Maintain and develop new and existing client through appropriate proposition and relevant to optimize quality of service, business growth and client satisfaction
  • Implement and continuously improve work processes to deliver excellence
  • Ensure all operations, deliverables and quality of reports are in accordance with approved instructions, and AqualisBraemar procedures and policies
  • Abide by specific internally established control systems and authorities, to lead by personal example and encourage all employees to conduct their activities in accordance with the applicable laws and the Company’s standards and policies including its QHSE policies
  • Accomplish all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested

  • Always comply with the company QHSE policies, manuals, procedures, work systems and regulations at ABL premises, projects and client sites

Requirements:

  • Master Mariner (STCW Class 1) or equivalent with significant offshore related experience and/ or training
  • or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Master certificate of competency issued in accordance with the STCW convention for vessels of more than 3000 gross tonnage
  • Have a minimum net seagoing experience of 24 months as a Senior Officer (master, chief officer, chief engineer, or second engineer) and a total of at least 60 months of sea time on board dry cargo or tanker vessels
  • 5+ years relevant professional experience and expertise with In depth knowledge of the offshore and marine industry
  • Strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgement, and strong operational focus
  • Project orientated with a keen interest in offshore engineering and marine management
  • Will have relevant offshore industry experience
  • Energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and appropriate professional image
  • Well organized and self-directed individual with strong business/ commercial skills
  • Outgoing and pragmatic with strength of character, proactive and insightful with good man management skills
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Must have the right to live and work in Vietnam
