Master Level Handyman

• Completing small to medium maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects
• Communicating with customers to help them understand what they need and manage expectations about scope of work and costs
• Deliver a great experience that wows life-long repeat customers
• Follow the Mr. Handyman Way process
• Encourage customers to complete satisfaction surveys
• Find additional ways to be of service to the customer to meet revenue targets
• Invoice appropriately, source needed materials, and collect payment from the customer
• Ensure work is done correctly the first time to minimize recalls

• Must live within the service area
• Minimum of 10 years of paid experience as a handyman
• Must own and maintain your own set of tools
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Must be insurable to drive a company vehicle
• Must successfully complete a background check, driving record check, and drug screening
• Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance
• Able to work safely at heights and perform overhead tasks for extended periods
• Must maintain a professional appearance and keep the company-provided vehicle in clean, presentable condition
• Strong proficiency in carpentry work, bathroom improvements, kitchen improvements, painting (inside and out), drywall work (minor and major repairs), general plumbing and electrical (where allowed by law), floor installation and refurbishing, familiar with building codes

Spanish is a plus but not required
