Job Description:

As a Master Data Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Country PC&L (Planning, Control & Logistics) team by managing SAP system parameters, monitoring performance, and ensuring optimal data flow between key departments. This position requires strong SAP expertise and the ability to identify and resolve system issues that impact plant performance. The purpose is to maintain proper SAP system functionality and support Scheduling and Ordering Processes according to established standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Country PC&L team in identifying and resolving SAP parameter setting issues affecting plant performance
  • Run and analyze SAP Effectiveness Metrics reports and develop action plans to address system issues
  • Maintain GMMT parameters and validate supplier releases (JIT & Forecast)
  • Request and coordinate new EDI customer connections or changes by preparing necessary documentation
  • Monitor customer order integration (DELINS) in the plant ERP and PowerB20
  • Process IDocs errors and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve root causes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in SAP as Material or production planner
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office software
  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Demonstrated ability to transfer knowledge and drive results
  • Excellent organizational skills with creativity and persistence in problem-solving
  • Ability to build professional networks and relationships
