Participate in virtual training, absorb new procedures quickly, and apply them effectively within a short onboarding period
Adjust to shifting priorities and expanded data responsibilities, including additional master data scope and new tools introduced to the team
Manage daily assignments independently with limited oversight while maintaining consistent productivity and quality in a remote work environment

Hands-on familiarity with multiple business systems such as Oracle, Lawson, OnBase, Adobe Pro, Microsoft Teams, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms
Working knowledge of compliance-related data elements such as licensing, tax documentation, audit support, and regulatory requirements
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for identifying errors, interpreting source information, and resolving record discrepancies
Capable of completing training remotely and working independently in a distraction-free home office with reliable high-speed internet
Availability to work flexible weekday hours after training, with no weekend schedule required
