Master Data & Reporting Analyst (12 Months FTC)

• Prepare, refresh, validate and distribute recurring daily, weekly and monthly reports according to agreed timelines, ensuring reports are complete, accurate and shared in a consistent format
• Extract, consolidate, clean and transform data from internal systems, working files and standard business sources using Microsoft Excel and Power Query to support reporting and tracking requirements
• Perform regular data checks to identify missing information, duplicated records, incorrect mappings, unusual movements or inconsistencies between source files and report outputs and follow up with relevant stakeholders where correction is required
• Prepare and upload routine data into internal systems using approved templates and processes, including checking required fields, validating file format, monitoring upload status and following up on rejected records or upload errors
• Maintain reporting templates, mapping tables, trackers, reference files and simple process documentation in a structured and controlled manner to support consistent reporting output and team continuity
• Support SKU activation, NPD and PIPO activities by validating SKU readiness, tracking launch and delist status and following up on pending updates required for reporting and business execution

• Experience: 2 years
• Skills: Reporting, data operations, business support or data administration
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business/ Data Analytics, Information Management, Computer Science or any related field

• Basic Power BI knowledge for report viewing, refresh support or minor report updates is preferred
• Exposure to DAX, advanced Power Query/M Query, Power Automate or other data analytics and automation tools will be an added advantage
