What You’ll Be Doing: 1. To manage defined business processes for the Global Supply Chain Service program, such as Customer contract data management, Part set up and maintenance and manage price updates. 2. All tasks to be carried out in a quality manner, consistent with the Company vision and values. Manage all the processes related to the import and export of the Customer agreement data feed. Implement new and/ or changes to part master data into the ERP system. Lead the resolution of data discrepancies, working actively with all involved internal and external parties. Implement and maintain parameter settings for part creation. Manage and control all processes related to the quarterly or yearly price change project in collaboration with the customer and supplier. Provide business support for the Global Service Centre when critical to ensure SLA requirements are fulfilled. 3. Key Interfaces: Global Customer Management Team; Global Supplier Management Team; Global Operation.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Has experience working in ERP systems (Oracle would be an advantage) and preferably has experience of master data management
Has a strong analytical mindset, a natural curiosity and is not afraid of data and complicated systems, with ability to separate the trivial from the critical
Organized, methodical with attention to details and accuracy
High level of ownership and accountability for assigned tasks
Great team player, good communication skills suitable for both internal and external communities
Can effectively cope with change and be comfortable with ambiguity
Ability to respond rapidly and professionally to the demand of a high pressure commercial environment
Great problem solver to ensure issues are addressed short term as well as long term to improve service levels
Is capable and ready to initiate and drive change and improvements in systems, processes and the organizations
