Join our dynamic Team as a Master Data Management Specialist at Avis Budget Group BSC in Budapest! Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for data? Avis Budget Group is seeking motivated individuals to join our Master Data Management team. Job Responsibility:

  • preparing the contract documentation for companies that the Sales Team wants to sign contracts with
  • filling customer database templates once Sales signed the contract
  • filling rate forms with the renewed pricing in case of changes in rates
  • managing fleet availability changes in our systems
  • setting up Avis Worldwide Discount number representing the contract
  • responding to customer and partner queries and documentation of action /resolution
  • providing administrative support to sales managers in the headquarter
  • precise documentation of actions and resolutions in the relevant systems
  • recognizing opportunities for improving processes

Requirements:

  • Hungarian and English working proficiency knowledge
  • similar experience in a Shared Service environment is an advantage but not a must
  • a precise attitude to administrative tasks
  • strong problem-solving skills, logical & proactive thinking, ability to take initiative
  • collaborative approach, willingness to work in a close-knit team
  • confident communication skills
  • ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • have an eye for the smallest details and enjoy process improvement
  • experience in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel with confidence
